The charger includes a 0V cell wake-up function, LED indicators, and multiple safety protections (overcharge, short circuit, reverse polarity). The XTAR FC2C is a two channel (1-2 cells) fully automatic Li-ion and NiMH/NiCd battery charger. Powered by the included USB input cable the charger includes the following features:
