L30 can work at Peak Performance 4000lms when powered by ACEBEAM 20700 (4250mAh) or ARC18650H-310A (3100mAh) battery or the same batteries of other brands.
Please try to use ACEBEAM original 18650/20700 battery with PCB protection (4 MOSFETs) or high drain 18650/20700 battery without PCB protection.
(When using the normal 18650 battery with PCB protection which has less than 4 MOSFETs, it will produce 1000-2000lms. Using 2 x CR123A batteries, the max output is 1500lms.)
