Handy for work and camping
Great concept and pretty well executed , never had a plastic moulded Klarus light before, was a bit worried it would be poorly constructed but it’s not too shabby, the only fault I can give it is the finish on the silver cap at the top, maybe it’s just mine but the finish isn’t up to usual Klarus standards, and the colour will have people asking if it’s Makita, but I’m being fussy here because I can’t fault it any other way. It has a super strong magnet, a practical hook, feels great in hand and being able to rotate and turn the light bar means you can angle it just how you need to. Being just 550Lumens on max I didn’t expect much output but it has plenty and puts out a very wide (and a bit of an unusual shaped) beam and can indeed run for 2.5 hrs on high, well I’ve yet to run it flat, I’ve used mine at work over the past week and put it through hell, drops, bashes, tossing it in the tool bag and giving it a good old beating and it has not let me down. Overall a very handy light that I think will prove very popular with tradies. 5/5
