The ThruNite TC20 V3 is a high-performance torch delivering up to 4720 lumens and a 258-metre beam distance, designed to provide a bright, wide, and even beam. It features an innovative dial lock switch to prevent accidental activation and a hands-free magnetic tailcap for versatile use. Powered by four high-performance white LEDs and an orange peel reflector, this torch offers a maximum runtime of 528 hours. It is built from aluminium alloy, has an IPX8 ingress protection rating, and is impact resistant up to 1.5 metres. The TC20 V3 provides six lighting modes, including a 1-lumen Firefly mode and an ultra-bright Turbo, with a memory function that recalls your last used brightness level (excluding Firefly and Strobe). Recharging is convenient via the USB Type-C port, which powers an included 5000mAh USB-C rechargeable 21700 lithium-ion battery, with an indicator glowing red while charging and green when full.

Performance and Runtime Disclaimer
How to read the data: The outputs provided above are maximum outputs for each mode, and the runtimes provided are the time it takes to drop to 10% of the initial output. This is in line with the International Flashlight Testing Standard ANSI FL1.
Any visual representations (graphs) of the data are approximate only.

The actual output of the torch/headlamp is controlled by an in-built temperature regulation system. As the torch/headlamp heats up, the brightness will drop to prevent overheating. The Turbo modes of torches/headlamps usually drop down significantly after anything from 15 seconds to 2 minutes. High modes often also experience a drop down over time. Medium and Low modes, however, can be constant for very close to the length of time specified. As the torch/headlamp cools down, either from being turned off or from being used on a lower output level, you will be able to access higher brightness levels again.
Example: An output of 2000 lumens and runtime of 5 hours does not mean 2000 lumens for 5 hours โ it means it starts at 2000 lumens and drops below 200 lumens after 5 hours of continuous use.
Turbo and high modes may be unavailable or limited as the battery gets low on charge.
Exact specifications can vary between torches, batteries, age and environments.
